Refurbished to a high standard, this deluxe 2-bedroom housekeeping cottage is just a few steps from a private river bank beach and features a beautiful in-ground swimming pool.
The cottage is bright and airy, punctuated by a cathedral ceiling in the main room that stretches to a height of 15 feet. The spacious open concept design enables seamless interaction between the kitchen, dining room, and living space. French doors from the kitchen lead out to a screened-in porch -- a perfect place to relax.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom is located on the lower level, and is nicely appointed with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom on the upper level features two bunk beds to sleep up to four - ideal for children. The second bedroom is also equipped with an air conditioning unit. All bedding is provided.The main bathroom, located on the lower level features a bathtub with shower. A half bath is also located on the second level. Towels are included.
Kitchen & Living Space
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a range of utensils, flatware and serving plates. The kitchen island is an ideal place for breakfast, or simply catching up after a relaxing summer's day. A propane BBQ is located on the porch.The living room offers satellite television (with a good selection of channels, including youth stations) and a DVD player. A small selection of DVD movies, books and board games are also available.
The Swimming Pool
The private in-ground swimming pool (24' x 12') is a focal point of fun and relaxation. The pool is heated and fully enclosed with a deck and fence without restricting the view of the river just steps away.
